I worked with James at Luxury Escapes, in his role as Account Manager for Tours. As a member of the Sales Team I would approach James for further information or clarification on the details of our tours or the processes involved in booking or amending them. James was easy to work with, friendly, highly efficient and knowledgeable. He was very approachable, and would always go out of his way to help us with any enquiries we had, and his work was indispensable to empower the Sales Teams to meet their goals and targets. James implemented several new systems within the Tours Team to increase efficiency, transparency and communication. James has excellent verbal and written communications skills which make him a pleasure to deal with, in a professional capacity. He's highly motivated and has endless energy for getting things done. I wouldn't hesitate to work with James again and would recommend him wholeheartedly for any role he turns his hand to.
