Broad experience in conflicts between mineral lessees, unmined mineral taxes, timber sales, drafting and negotiating mineral leases, deeds, contract mining agreements, easements, and related matters. Early years of law practice included diverse general practice, with emphasis on real estate title and closing (including mineral titles), tort litigation (both insurance defense and plaintiff), bank and corporate representation.
