Jim Garrity is an excellent employment law attorney. I first met Jim 20 years ago when he represented another party in an employment law case I was litigating. I developed such a profound respect for him during that case that I have been referring all employment cases to his office ever since he came into private practice! I have often worked with his clients resolving their bankruptcy issues, while he was assisting them with their often very complex employment cases. Our mutual clients consistently report that they feel great confidence in his representation and are very happy with their results. Jim is a powerful litigator, and for that reason, a good negotiator for a settlement – employers see him coming and want to settle, I think! Another reason he is so effective with his cases is that he has been practicing in North Florida for over 20 years. He knows the judges and they know and trust him. He is bright, aggressive, articulate and creative – a great combination of qualities in a litigator. And finally, he cares about his clients. He cares about their lives, and how the difficult situation they are currently in effects their lives. I trust him to care for my clients and other folks near and dear to me.
