I have been working with James in Study Group for over 5 years, and he is an absolute superstar with everything from brand work to Study Group portfolio-wide projects. He is always incredibly responsive, motivated, knowledgeable, and helpful so it’s such a pleasure to work with him. Recently, James has been involved in some significant projects with our partner in Dublin, University College Dublin and our Dublin ISC. James played a key role in some important and complex changes around not only the branding, but the introduction and roll out of Learner Protection Insurance. James has had to work closely on both regulatory requirements from the QQI (Irish equivalent to QAA), in terms of managing comms and ensuring all things were arranged on the operational side such as offer letters and system updates, as well as the more usual Marketing side with his role in the new brand roll out for the ISC and things like our successful Irish week campaign, in which we celebrated St Patrick's Day, promoting UCD to staff and agents. Without James, these projects would not have been organised in the same way and this was noted with compliments by the University too. So partner success, satisfaction and overall performance is something James contributed to in the best way possible.
