My experience working under James Frost has been a delight. He has been brilliantly communicative - clear with giving instructions and answering queries from myself and other employees. As a sales team, we have constantly been supported by James with early morning motivation for sales calls as well as the effective financial incentive to confirm an accepted sample. I understand how difficult it has been to manage and coordinate the food bank entities with which we have been contacting and the Excel spreadsheet has been set up to try and simplify this as much as possible. James has been at the helm of this clarification process and evidently made countless efforts to make his employees’ jobs as clear and manageable as possible. I found that James often asked myself individually (as one of the longest serving employees) for my advice and input on different strategies and techniques which we could undertake to improve efficiency in our sales calls. This was rewarding and made me feel valued to the company. Overall, I cannot stress how positively I regard my time working for James and I believe he will find great success if he continues to communicate effectively and motivate his team.

James is an inspiring and composed leader. His ability to withdraw the entrepreneurial spirit from his employees and listen to their points of view is an important skill considering that he built the Flaming Phoenix brand from scratch. It is clear that this venture is extremely important to him and his relentlessness to instil positive change impacts those working with him. The Flaming Phoenix project is aiming to tackle important humanitarian issues, notably malnutrition and hunger - his drive to ensure that the Phoenix Bar helps to alleviate these worldwide problems allows the company to overcome unexpected challenges and difficulties. I have enjoyed working with James and I am very grateful to have been involved in this important project. I strongly believe that his mix of determination and ability to harness the insight and strengths of others will ensure the continued success of Flaming Phoenix. Best of luck to you, James.

I am deeply passionate about helping charities, NGOs, and Governments around the world to supply food to those in need 🌍🤝 To this effect, I have created an innovative organisation whose purpose is to supply nutritious, ready-to-eat (requiring no water or cooking facilities), compact, easily storable (without refrigeration), long shelf-life, flavoursome, gluten-free, wheat-free, nut-free, dairy-free, palm-oil free, and vegan food 🌱🌿 We supply Phoenix Bars - a unique, completely nourishing (meeting all of the World Health Organisation’s criteria for human nutrition) and sustainable food bar, which can be mixed with water to form porridge or paste for people with dental issues or swallowing difficulties 🌟🥣 If you or anyone you know is associated with an organization that could greatly benefit from our essential food resources, I encourage you to reach out to us without hesitation 📞🌍 Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need 🙏💚 Show less
