Having roots in the NY Metro area exposed Encode to demanding, mission-critical financial systems that require high levels of security, speed, and resiliency. These early experiences emphasized the importance of listening and understanding the client’s expectation for results, before making a recommendation.As a consequence, Encode developed a B4B approach to service delivery. We enhance the B2B engagement model which is typically a “push” model. The product or technical resource available is “pushed” as the solution to accomplish the client’s expectation.
