  A large part of my time here has been spent with the the testing team where I picked up a lot on how to write test cases and test new features and issues. A good deal of team work was utilised by our team to progress through testing tasks involving: test case writing, app building, preparation, testing and writing test reports. I then began to work on the development side where I investigated bug tickets and worked on fixes which the testing team would then go on to test.   I worked throughout three departments during my apprenticeship here. I started out first by sorting through customer records to build a file of their finances and details. I then moved to a data entry role where I spent most of my time filtering customer records through the in-house database system to confirm that all of their details were correct.
