  Contact tracing involves conducting three types of calls. 1. To inform an individual that their recent PCR test has returned positive for Covid19 and to offer them public health advice and to encourage them to isolate for ten days minimum away from their family and the general public. 2. To contact a positive patent after they have been informed of their result in order to collect their close contacts - individuals, educational institutions or business's they would have been in contact with for longer 15 minutes and within two meters within a certain timeframe. 3. To contact the close contacts and to notify them that they might have Covid19 and set them up for testing while offering public health advice and answering any questions they might have.   Social services Co-op placement with Limerick Mental Health sub group "Le Cheile" (Together). Le Cheile is a volunteer organization which strives to support those suffering from a range of mental health issues. The organization offers a range of activities for its member ranging from art classes, men sheds, gardening, regional trips, free cups of tea and coffee and many other activities. Its staff members partake in important research to improve the quality of life of its members ranging from improved communication techniques, meditation and social rehabilitation methods. It was a pleasure to work here and the organization is highly recommendable, it may be voluntary but it is worth spending your free time here in order to make a difference. Show less
