James was a collegue of mine at the Coral Ridge location for Dignity in Cape Coral Florida. He was an invaluable part of the Guest Relations team and stood out immediately as someone that wanted to put others needs first. James did a great job through his attention to detail, organizational skills, personable attitude and professional appearance. In return I constantly received compliments from our customers regarding the service they got from him. I look forward to the opportunity to work with James again in the future.

I've never been real good at this section, but here it goes! As a General Manager for the World Famous Hooters in Cape Coral Florida I enjoy coming to my job! I love going to work each and everyday and interacting with my team and my guests. This is what keeps me going and growing in the industry. The challenges of each shift I find exciting, I like to see how I am going to handle those challenges. I had a very good mentor who taught me to listen first before you decide what the answer should be. It has served me well!! I am a go getter, I like the fast pace at Hooters. It keeps me motivated to get better with each guests plate after all our job is to grow the business and the way we do it is one plate at a time. Hooters offers so much and I look forward to doing my part to build our brand!!

My responsibilities included, but were not limited to the following operations. Manage a staff of twenty-five including two subordinate managers. Staffing the restaurant with competent team members for maximum customer service impact for our guests as well as utilizing the budgeted guidelines for labor. Reconciliation of monthly P&L reports for monthly P&L reviews with District Manager. Overseeing deposits to bank from daily unit sales. Outreach and self promotion within community. Focus on growing the business by getting involved with local organizations and schools.

As a GM for this buffet and steakhouse my position required me to oversee all day to day operations of the store including, but not limited to; assistant managers, shift leaders, team members, budgets, labor, food cost, schedules, community involvement, and so much more. The challenges were great, but rewarding. As GM of Gallipolis Ponderosa I along with DM implemented various systems to ensure corporate policies were being utilized efficiently and correctly. With a lot of hard work this store achieved a 70% increase in weekly sales in a 6 month time period.
