I started a journey to work and travel alone across South America. Why? Well, I love building relationships and interacting with people. I’ve always been intrigued and eager to learn what makes different cultures and people so unique. Travelling has taught me to have more personal and in-depth conversations with people that I otherwise would have very little in common with. Volunteering on a Horse Ranch in Argentina and working in a remote hostel in Peru taught me some invaluable lessons. It introduced me to some incredibly motivational people from all walks of life and I learnt quickly to thrive when out of my comfort zone. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills across languages and cultures, elevated my tolerance for dealing with discomfort or uncertainty and enhanced my problem solving skills, enabling me to turn more challenges into opportunities.
