I have worked with Jim for many years now. I would execute as video editor scripts he wrote for video production of commercials and web content. Several of the videos he wrote, concepted and/or produced were award winners at ICAST. Working with Jim is easy. Jim is a true professional in terms of his talent level but even moreso, he has an ability to bring out the best in people with simple shows of professional/personal respect throughout the process. He is decisive, yet still manages to listen, and when applicable, defer to another's opinion for the betterment of the project. This is a rare and valued quality in my 19 years of experience in the industry. Jim is one of those people that if someone has a negative to offer about, it says more about that person than it does Jim. I cannot recommend Jim more highly as a standout in marketing. As a writer, producer, marketing mind, on camera talent, and good guy, I endorse James Edlund.
