I teach undergraduate mathematicians and have supervised for a spread of pure mathematics courses across the three years of the Cambridge Mathematics Tripos. My focus is on third year number theory and algebra courses. I also supervise students on Pembroke's International Programmes courses, which sometimes require personalised approaches to teaching students with varied academic backgrounds. A-level and GCSE mathematics tutor

Sep 2014 - Present
I have been tutoring school students in mathematics for a number of years. As well as working with highly able students looking to apply for university mathematics, I also enjoy taking students across the pass borderline. Past students have moved from a predicted grade D to achieving an A or B grade in their final exams. I have been tutoring school students in mathematics for a number of years. Oct 2018 - Sep 2019
I teach undergraduate mathematicians, mostly in small groups of one or two. I have taught around half of the pure mathematics courses in the first and second year of the Cambridge Mathematics Tripos, and have taught a selection of the more specialised third-year courses. In addition, I have supervised for computational projects and some applied courses, although my focus is on number theory and algebra. I also coordinate a college seminar series which broadens the students' communications skills, and am available to advise students about their module choices throughout their degree. Show less
