I had the opportunity to work for James for six months prior to a change in ownership. His knowledge base and experience in property management sets him a level above expectations. He works hard for his tenants and property, constantly making himself available to take care of any situation. One of the tenants pulled me aside the other day to let me know that he considered James to be the best manager he had worked with in his ten years at the mall.
