       Managed a cross functional team of 8 consultants during the redesign of the Target Operating Model at the UK’s busiest Airport in advance of large-scale expansion; conducted extensive employee interviews to understand the ‘as is’ business processes to assess the gaps in capability to reach the new TOM; created detailed business case highlighting the different scenarios (IT, Org, Governance, etc.) and provided a reliable recommendation to implement self service check in kiosks which would create capacity for an additional 40 passengers per hour to check in without the need for any additional staff.  Guided Financial Services company through post M&A integration process; managed a cross functional team of 8 Consultants during this Change Management engagement; conducted multiple workshops to onboard employees to centralized collaboration platform, redefined business processes and workflows, and created a new reporting system to keep tabs on employees’ productivity and the ongoing status of projects and tasks related to the Integration Plan.  Conducted focus group interviews with 400 employees to better understand the causes of high employee turnover rates at a FTSE 100 Group post acquisition. Restructured on-boarding and training processes resulting in a 15% increase in retention; secured buy-in from HR, Training & Development, and Senior Management teams to implement recommendations and integrate w/ existing talent management systems.
