I reported directly to James when my team did not have a Sales Manager. If I was able to design my perfect Sales Manager it would be James. He sets clears direction and goals but it is what is beyond that that makes him an effective leader. He is a true partner and is always willing to find time to strategize with you on a difficult situation, roll play, go on an appointment, cold call with you and celebrate with you. He is an authentic human being who has a very even demeanor and treats all with respect. James would be a highly valued leader in any organizationthat should be fortunate enough to add him to their team. I hope our paths cross again in the future.

James has been an excellent manager, in fact, one of the best managers I've had over my long career. He's a smart and respected team leader and is great at bringing out the best in people, whether they're a new hire or a seasoned veteran.
