  As a Youth Worker and SEND lead, I plan, organise and run the Newham Council Youth Centre facility. I liaise with companies, schools and organisations in and around the community to source opportunities and activities for the young people. I build links between schools, families, social workers, CAMHS and local authority care to support the most vulnerable young people, who are facing issues such as CSE and gang violence.
