      Duties consist of tracking and compiling all shipments consigned to ZIM Logistics, for the purpose of generating and distributing Arrival Notices to parties on House Bill of Lading. Verifying information on all relevant documents sent via Pre-Alert consisting of MBL, HBL and billing info for the purpose of Arrival Notice. Tracking shipments as they move to Port of Destination and sending Intermodal Transit number if moving via rail after arriving at Port of Destination. Responsibilities also include sending invoices to relevant parties on Bill of Lading for charges listed on Master Bill of Lading for the purpose of collecting for the Carrier. As a Customer Service Coordinator communication between parties on Bill of Lading and Carrier must also be managed so all parties involved are informed on the status of said shipments. Other relevant duties consist of compiling said Pre-Alerts from China onto an excel for our team of Logistics Coordinators, management of in-bonds, sending EBL’s or scanning OBL’s for Carrier Release, invoicing activity such as whether Origin or Customer must revise invoice to their needs and providing secondary support to the import Team when required. BCO’s are also a responsibility consisting of many of the same processes listed above, however they require more detail such as filing of AMS & ISF upon customer request and delivery from POD/Final Ramp depending on final customer.
