Ensuring the venue complies with functional governance, statutory regulation and license management whilst providing our stakeholders, competitors and customers with a first rate arena to showcase the sport. Beyond the infrastructure management, I oversee the recruitment and training of our staff, catering operation and general customer experience with the overall aim of providing an unrivalled event.

Managing sub-contractor accounts dealing with monthly valuations collating information for Senior Surveyors to deliver monthly finance reports to board level.
