I had the honor to report to Jim at Proctor & Gamble. Jim hired me when P&G acquired the company I was with, and was integral in my success. Not only does Jim demonstrate professional, motivating leadership qualities, his relationships with my customers were a key part of the sales volume growth I experienced. I was always impressed by Jim's ability to build rapport with clients in his down to earth style. Then, using his encyclopedic knowledge of the salon industry, analyze and consult, giving realistic goals that never failed to provide growth for the customer. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have learned from Jim for the past several years. His knowledge and style has helped me grow into a better salesperson. He will be an amazing asset to any organization, and build a successful sales team for it.
