Bio
Pavan Chaudhari
James is one of my students who I’ve tutored in both microeconomic and macroeconomic theory. Over time, I would even consider him a friend. In addition, I have done my best to advise him from the perspective of a graduating senior who has experienced many of the risks and pitfalls associated with being a student. I definitely know James well enough to understand that he has a strong work ethic, an unwavering thirst for knowledge, and unlimited potential to achieve his goals. James keeps his eye on the things that are most important in life: learning and achieving. In one-on-one settings, he focuses not only on favorable outcomes, but also on profound self-growth. He can take content from courses or from theory and quickly think of how to tie them to real-world examples. In addition, James always strives to better those around him. In group or team settings, James supports ideas of his peers and contributes different perspectives to discussions. I never hesitate to bounce ideas off James because I know he will always listen actively and respond meaningfully. With his everlasting positive attitude, he motivates those around him. James also tries his hardest to get to know the people he works with, figure out what motivates them, and help them achieve their goals. Overall, what I’ve seen in James are the characteristics that any business or client would be lucky to have; in fact, he would be an asset to any team as far as I can tell. And for all these reasons, I strongly recommend James Cataldo. Pavan Chaudhari Master in Economics and Computation at Duke University

James Cataldo illustrates the best in students today: curiosity, hard-working a desire to collaborate with others and a willingness to take risks. When I had him in class, he asked good questions, reached out to other students, and volunteered to tutor those behind. His lovely sense of humor made him a delight to have in a rough and tumble discussion as he could always diffuse the tension. His written and oral communication skills exceed his age and education. Make James a part of your team today!
