I was given conduct of the Australian Furniture Removalist Association scheme (AFRA) which dealt with Household Personal Effects claims all around the world. I then started to get into the more technical claims and was given conduct of meduim to complex claims which involved Goods in Transit, Marine Cargo and some Carriers Cargo Liability claims.
