      At TC Harrison Group I have acted as the sole designer for their three main brands, TC Harrison Ford, JCB and Leasing. This primarily involved maintaining their multiple websites, emails and social media. As a sales driven company, I was involved in all marketing and advertising campaigns providing ideas as well as the design work to supply consistency across all platforms. During this position, our team was awarded the 2016 AutoTrader Social Media Award for our innovative style and social strategies. The designs that I created were described by Ford Head Office as exemplary and used to show other dealerships how to project Ford’s brand.After a successful three years within TCH Group, I was promoted to Senior Graphic Designer which came with the employment of a junior designer. This allowed my design team to take on offline-based media, that was provided by an external agency. This also meant that all design work could be consistent across all media, providing a better image for promoting events. By being responsible for a junior designer I have gained the skills of managing their worklist, quality checking and providing tactful and constructive feedback.

      Within this large international company I work as part of a team although initial concepts are usually developed individually and amendments are discussed together before submission to management. One of many key projects that I participated in, including Wimbledon 2014 was the internal designs for the World Cup 2014.On a daily basis I worked with SportsDirect brands such as Lonsdale and Dunlop as well as other companies owned by SportsDirect such as USC, including SoulCal and Firetrap. In succession to my successful interview presentation the company pursued the involvement of Helen Skelton as brand embassador for Karrimor, the outdoor brand. I thoroughly enjoyed the diversity within this position, working on multiple projects and designs.
