• Various responsibilities, including: writing infrastructure automation using Python and IaC, creating and managing services for developers, maintaining and commissioning datacenter equipment, and writing web applications.



• A temporary role based in France for a team overseeing the proper running of global LoB systems. I was a member of a central IT team during which time I contributed to a small number of key projects including development of an SLA reporting tool and monitoring of key business applications.



• An infrastructure management and user support role at a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company, with responsibilities including: - Commissioning of new network equipment. - Infrastructure health monitoring with Zyrion/Kaseya Traverse. - Assisting migration of a 350 user Active Directory to a new domain. - Managing tape backups with HP Data Protector. - Remote software deployment with Microsoft SCCM. - Group policy management. - Installation of UPS devices. - Providing technical support, to users in-person, by phone and using remote control tools. - Change management and adherence to the GxP requirements. Selected by my employer to assist in presenting the company to a panel of high-profile judges for an investment opportunity.
