I do everything that an ICT Support Officer does but at this moment I have taken a set back to obtain my Cert III in Information Technology. I have been put solely in charge of the troubleshooting, Support and repairs of over 300 Desktops, Notebook and Netbooks and also have experiences as a Network Administrator. I also am a member of the ICT Help desk so I have 18 months worth of Support, both 1-1 and via correspondence. I do everything that an ICT Support Officer does but at this moment I have taken a set back to obtain my Cert III in Information Technology. At Dromana Secondary College I went from completely green to completely competent within 12 months of working in ICT. My jobs varied over the 12 months but in included jobs, Desktop and Laptop Support, Help desk Support, Troubleshooting, Network Administration as well as Software support.
