  My role within the team is a senior first line service desk analyst, I started off as 1st line help desk support and was promoted to this role through hard work and commitment to developing my skills. The role includes working closely with management, team leaders and off-site managers to resolve issues and any outages across prisons, hospitals & GP practices throughout Calderdale, Huddersfield and the surrounding areas. Whilst working in this role, each day I take as an opportunity to go above and beyond for my team & myself. Each issue that we are faced with forces me to be adaptable, efficient & actively communicating to work through & resolve the problem. Due to the difference in issues we receive, each day is different and each issue is a challenge.
