      Within my role I was responsible for all aspects of the electrical installation packages relating to the individual contracts including,• Direct liaison with the Main Contractor including site attendance where necessary to control design queries, additional variations from the client and site electrical progress• Production, control and constant monitoring / updating of the manufacturing and delivery programme.• Attend factory acceptance testing (FAT) of equipment ordered prior to its release to site.• Organising of electrical site team and production of all necessary Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) and the associated contract risk register.• Production of monthly reporting to both the client and company directors• The preparation of cost and analysis reports in preparation for direct reporting to my contract director and accounts manager for month spends on the contract.• Reviewing of both Main contractor and sub-contractor electrical drawings (schematics, Amtech cable calculations, Relux Lighting calculations, Block cable diagrams, loop diagrams)• Reviewing of the BIM 3D Model from a constructability aspect of the contract.I have been responsible for the management of contracts ranging from between £1.0 million to £3.5 million. The projects which I have managed up to date include:New Biomass Plant - £3.5M – Installation of all power, Control, Instrumentation, fibre optic and Profibus cabling site wide, as well as all required building services for the site (lighting – Internal and external, small power)Clean Water High Risk sites (7 sites) - £1.0M – Installation of actuated valves and instrumentation across all sites to shut down clean water outage lines to general public under plant shut down / none compliance under the EA regulations. All sites included system integration work to visually monitor from the site’s existing SCADA system, and clients telemetry alarm centre.
