The new schools are of either timber frame (primary) or pre-cast concrete (secondary) construction.West One – Sheffield – value £4.5 million - New build mixed use development – 32 apartments and commercial premises. The project involved the demolition of 3 out of 5 terrace properties and involved propping and underpinning of the two remaining properties. The development was a steel frame structure clad in a core-ten rain screen.
