Most recent accomplishments as a Manager:• Delivered a custom labor tracking application to a maintenance department of over 400 employees in 3.5 months that reduced the team’s time to assign jobs to technicians by 20% and provided the executive team the ability to analyze key metrics on operational efficiency and productivity through a brand new data visualization tool. I accomplished this by leading the requirements gathering, designing the conceptual app framework, and keeping the project schedule on time.• Led a $2.5m+ transformation program that modernized the company's IT infrastructure in 6 months, implemented new business solutions and a data analytics environment in 5 months, all for 70% and 40% of the average cost and time, respectively.
