A wonderful experience for a new teacher. It taught me a lot, allowed me to carve my identity in the classroom and dive headlong into life in a boarding school. I made lifelong friends and skills and made memories that will last a lifetime. I spent 3 years as a boarding master and head of year. That was a lot more than just a job.
