I am a founding member of the band ‘Sages of the Subway’. My main role is the lead guitarist as well as song writer and producer. I design and implement marketing strategies for the band. Chiefly this includes; social media advertising and networking with playlist curators, bloggers and radio stations. Our success can be illustrated through attracting significant global attention on social media platforms, consistent placement in Spotify editorial playlists and worldwide radio plays. Over the course of three years, we have grown exponentially into a well-known band in Cambridge (where two band members are from). This extends to include consistent radio plays on BBC Introducing Cambridgeshire and being voted number one for over 15 weeks on the Cambridge 105 music charts. We are currently in the last 100 of 10,000 applicants of the Isle of White Festival New Blood competition (postponed due to COVID-19).
