In this position, I create training modules and courses that are customized for our clients very different needs. I personally created the Pro Joe certification, which allows people in the construction field to gain additional knowledge that will allow them to become an entry level inspector. Along with building modules and courses, I go to the facility and do in-house training. In these customized in-house meetings, we go deeper into hands on techniques and fine tune soft skills.
