  Overseeing and motivating the Holds team which is a team of 8, ensuring they are working as efficiently as possible and ensuring we achieve our payment terms agreed with suppliers. I also process Home Office Payments, Foreign Drafts, CHAPS Payments and Payment Runs within the department. I tend to deal with any invoices we are having problems with whether that be by dealing with the company or with Directors of Finance and Heads of Departments to achieve a satisfactory resolution. I often teach new members of staff explaining to them how to use the Integra system and the ways in which we work. I created a Training Matrix which helps us to develop our team members by ensuring they have a knowledge of all AP functions.
