      I left Beachcomber Tours to follow a desire to become a professional trainer in Customer Service. My principal client was Premier Partnership, a company who wrote up and prepared various training courses for a wide range of companies in the UK. My principal role was to deliver training of their Customer Service Training course to new members of staff to the Department of Work & Pensions in the UK. I would deliver condensed courses (5 days) to 2 week full length courses and delivered training courses in Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Liverpool and Warrington I also delivered courses in Violence & Aggression Courses for staff of Waverly Borough Council and Luton County Council. I also received and attended training on Handling of Bereavement for Social Services in Brighton. I left this role after a relatively short, but successful period due to the contracts between the various Councils and Premiership Partnership coming up for renewal and not being able to sustain myself financially without a more consistent income.       I joined Beachcomber Tours UK in March 2000 in a Sale Consultant Role working for their sister department of Wild Africa Safari's where my role was to tailor make luxury holidays to the direct and indirect clients (travel agents) of Beachcomber Tours. My role was specifically the two centre holidays where clients would want to combine a safari and a beach holiday whether it be for couples, families, honeymooners and those wanting to get married abroad. Initially the safari business was primarily Zimbabwe, but I brought a depth of experience having planned and sold holidays to destinations like South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Kenya combined with Mauritius or stand alone holidays to any one of these destinations. Around 2002, the company expanded to include destinations of Dubai and the Seychelles. I was asked to head up the Seychelles department and plan brouchure for this destination. I was promoted to product specialist and Team Supervisor responsible for the growth in Seychelles, but continued to plan and sell multi centre holidays to all destinations. Show less
