During my time at St Anselm’s College as a Faculty Assistant, I was responsible for leading and taking a yr7 rugby team, communicating between players and staff, as well as being the sole lead for picking teams and creating sessions. I was also responsible for the organisation of school trips to various places across the country, as well as making sure buses and staff were available for weekend fixtures. Another responsibility which I took great pride in was my organisation within the department, whether that be creating booklets for lessons, setting up equipment for when it was needed or being around as an extra trusted member of staff within lessons. I was also solely involved in creating and sending emails out to parents within the PE department, as well as communicating any issues to staff members as and when required. My final responsibility, which I am mostly proud of, was my creation of a video highlights real through the use of Movie Maker to showcase all sporting achievements that the College had to offer.
