  October 5, 2005 to Present -11 YEARS Weigh room Compounder, HBC compounder.10/05 – 07/07 Duties: • Responsible for accurately weighing raw materials for production batches. • Operating electric jack, as well as fork lift/truck. • Cleaning Bay and keeping up with Transfer Orders and batch-work documentation. Supervisor: Debbie Sizemore Product Development/ R&D – Pilot Plant Compounder 07/07-Present Duties: • Assist formulators and scientists via pulling materials to keep up with the fast pace of reformulations,customer demands and new business awards! • Fork lift/truck certified to pull raw materials from warehouse in timely manner. • Team work within many departments to ensure product On-Time-Complete. • Tri-annually project conversions. • Check spreadsheets (Binary) to accurately load into compounding automated PLC. • Organization of all materials and stock items in Pilot Lab. • Properly labeling parts for easy identification. • Keeping records up to date, filing documents and performance reports. • Preparations for scale up batch making: sanitizing equipment, accurately weighing materials, adding using precise process directions, noting variances for production size batches.
