James has been an incredible asset to the Sales team in his time with Bazaarvoice. He has helped my leadership team by collaborating on a number of projects where we had a general idea of what we wanted to track and understand, and he took the lead to take some very complex data and make things very simple. Every task that we thought would be impossible, James would say "Sure, I can do that, no problem." James gets things done, is fun to work with, and is a problem solver. I highly recommend him.

Although I haven't worked directly with James, I've seen his work and it is very impressive. The speed with which James has been able to solve business problems using complex logic in Salesforce.com is extraordinary. I've seen solutions he has put in place and have been impressed by his ability to leverage advanced tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.) after only a few months of being exposed to the platform. And this expertise will only grow with time. I believe James would be an asset to any organization in need of a Salesforce.com administrator and I fully recommend him for this position.
