• Account Management – including Jamie’s Italian (Pre-Administration) and The Lensbury. All end-to-end processes managed; liaising with Director of Procurement and carrying out cost-cutting exercises on product lines.• Website development (completed September 2017) and fulfilment of e-commerce orders - I was the driving force behind achieving the vision for this, working closely with a subcontracted web dev team. The store has generated revenue of £32K since go-live. • Accounts, Payroll and Pensions – Sage 50 Payroll, Company Business Tax account (implemented MTD also) and NEST Pensions• Procurement – sourced goods from Europe and Far East to cut costs and subsequently increase margins• Product Conception – designed and sourced a brand of wet towels that have become popular among hairdressers and restaurateurs. We now import these in 40FTHC containers. This is now the most popular product sold, with margins of 50% and is now made of material which is 100% biodegradable. • Chinese business – manage sales representatives, accounts, sales orders and credit control along with ordering all stock lines and encouraging growth• Streamlining business practices – recently implemented online payslips and P60s• Logistics – management of exports and imports o Qualified as a Transport Manager in order to save the company money in outsourced consultancy - 2016o Company Operator’s License reinstated after certain undertakings and a hearing in front of the Traffic Commissioner
