He also is able to handle difficult employee relation matters with ease and confidence. Jim is a very technical person. He always seemed to be on top of the task at hand. He has the ability to multi-task. I worked with Jim during the opening of a building, which he was tasked with and also the closing of the building in addition to keeping her daily work in order. Jim is truly an asset.
