Overview; Construction, Co-ordination & Revit Lead Working within their London office, I worked on projects at their varied stages in design too construction. During my time in the office I was named the London office's Revit lead where I; helped individuals and teams on specific queries on issues and methodology to hosting lunch time Revit training sessions. Additionally, I provided Architectural and Revit support to Bowman Riley on residential schemes and responsible for the production of high-quality drawings and co-ordination of projects. A key project I was heavily involved in was a series of high-rise residential blocks and houses in West London of +170 dwellings. The project included a multitude of structural methods including; pre-cast separating floors, RC frame and timber for a masonry external skin. During this project I was tasked to co-ordinate a block, the houses and the creation of the details for groundworks and super-structure packages, across all the buildings for tender and construction purposes. Bowman Riley is an award-winning team of architects, building consultants and interior designers working from offices in Leeds, London and Skipton. In 2018 Bowman Riley celebrated 50 years of designing exceptional spaces that have transformed our built environment. Appointed as a BIM Co-Ordinator to manage, produce and check the models and documentation required for a Building Permit and Stage 3 submission. The project is a 185,000 square metre GLA shopping centre consisting of over 300 stores, 15 Architectural Revit 2017 models and 30 structural. My personal role is to co-ordinate 4 of the architectural models and the corresponding consultants models, inclusive of the 2 department stores of the building. These models I will monitor to ensure the models are organised correctly to the correct naming conventions of all modelling components, correct worksets to name a few. Additionally, I am co-ordinating the MEP strategy throughout the entire building, ensuring the building is fully serviced and co-ordinated around the architecture necessities along with the MEP. The structure of this building is broken down int three different consultants who provide the strategy necessary for the building, I oversee the structure of this throughout the building. Show less
