Notre savoir-faire technologique issu du CEA-Liten s’appuie sur la compréhension des mécanismes de vieillissement des batteries, ayant abouti au développement d’une nouvelle technologie baptisée M.A.P.®, acronyme désignant ses 3 fonctionnalités principales : - M pour MESURER : PowerUp apporte un diagnostic d’état de santé en usage réel, précis à +/-2%, permettant d’assurer une fiabilité de service, - A pour AGIR : PowerUp assure une gestion optimale de la charge à partir d’une charge dynamique en fonction de la batterie et de son usage, se traduisant par 20 à 100% de gain de durée de vie et donc une plus grande longévité des batteries, - P pour PRÉDIRE : PowerUp apporte enfin dans le cas des flottes de batteries un outil de supervision centralisée et le moyen d’assurer leur maintenance prédictive. To do so, my main challenges are the following : • Define the technical and marketing targets at the beginning of the project • Identify the risks of the project and build an action plan to solve them • Define the stages of the project according to the different project team members • Define and validate the development means of the project (resources, investments...) • Ensure the development of the product in accordance with the starting specifications • Lead finished goods suppliers in China and main product parts like Li-ion battery suppliers in China, South Korea and Japan • Ensure the achievement of the objectives (Costs, Quality and Deadlines) by respecting the development process • Lead and provide the necessary support to all team members like electronic-battery, marketing, quality, logistics, buyers, laboratory technicians and other team members to solve important issues that the project might encounter
