We then take that burden away from you, fast and effectively dealing with your issue so that you can get on with what you do best. Our tailored support is on hand to assist with every aspect of your network from simple printer jams to complicated full server network installations.I have been trained by a Fellow and Members of the British Computer Society (BCS) through this role and take an active role in training less established members of the team, some of which join us through our apprenticeship scheme having never done any IT support before. Being an IT consultant that provides first, and second line support involves helping customers achieve the best results for them and their technology. Managing their systems involves many different tasks in finding solutions to their issues during which I am also able to proactively find and fix issues before they are even aware of them, thereby preventing downtime and bigger issues along the way. When I was working in B&Q I developed a sense of awareness for customer service. I worked as a checkout operator where I was face to face with paying customers, and also took DIY enquiries within question and answer times again with customers being the focus of what I did. This has allowed me to become more patient with customers and valuing them along with realising that they are the ultimate priority in every situation. My sympathy towards customers has been developed when I was dealing with complaints and returns. This allowed me to experience both a customer that is angry and patient customers that just want it to be sorted. I believe that this has left me in a good place to talk to any customer with any issue. My most challenging experience was dealing with customer complaints, which I resolved in a calm temperament and a cool attitude.
