Operate Graphtec Cutter/Plot machine for use of contour cut high performance vinyl or pen plot purposes for fabrication use. Using knowledge of ONYX Postershop to edit, resize, prepare, import and export files for print via R1000. Periodically order stock materials such as vinyl, laminates, ACM, Coroplasts, tapes, squeegees, etc. to maintain stock quantity. Operate lamination machine to provide extra protection to vinyl and other material panels to preserve quality of vinyl life in outdoor conditions. Remove and apply vinyl graphics using basic tools such as exacto knife, squeegee, tape, etc. Occasionally assemble monuments requiring push through acrylic letters with silicone or double stick tape. Wrap materials or signage for shipping or customer pick-up using bubble foam and plastic wrap. Setup and manage graphic files for print using Flexi Sign, Adobe Illustrator software. Communicate with customers to ensure timely progress updates on orders from start to finish.
