  During this period of time I was co-owner of Integrated Technology Group, and responsible for overall management of daily corporate operations. Directly supported the Business Financial Manager (BFM) with administering tasks accomplished by technical specialists and subcontractors. Coordinated financial requirements associated with Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System. Monitored and tracked all commitments, obligations, contracts, and funding documents in financial tracking systems (Fiscal Year Spend Plan System), throughout the budget execution phase. Served as team leader for formulation, justification and execution of Other Procurement, Navy (OPN), Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E), and Operation and Maintenance, Navy (O&MN) appropriations. Performed financial management tasks associated with the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) consisting of formulation, justification, and execution of Navy Programs operating budgets. Analyzed and assisted with development of budget and apportionment exhibits to provide guidance to team members during budget exercises and drills. Supported the BFM with drafting funding requirements during Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycles. Performed managerial and technical tasks by developing and implementing a computer software technical database. Created on line computer searches to generate and diagnose problems with mechanical systems on ships and aircraft. Developed technical manuals used to diagnose and resolve problems with maintenance repairs on ships and aircraft. Assisted senior manager with reviewing and preparing comments on Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans and efforts for field activities. Monitored and updated all ILS documents through utilization of the Management Information Systems for International Logistics (MISIL). Show less
