  - Designed and developed 55 kWh liquid cooled battery pack for the Vega EVX prototype.- Currently leading the team to develop Li ion battery systems with cylindrical 21700 cells, In talk with suppliers to introduce battery tab welding solutions, thermal runaway preventive materials, electric isolated thermal conductive solutions and sealing solutions.- developed concept designs for cylindrical cell module considering thermalrunaway prevention, cell fusing, bus bar cooling, etc.- Designed and developed 11 kWh liquid cooling Li ion battery module for the 2nd GEN Vega EVX prototype.- Designed and developed a 27 kWh forced air cooling Li ion battery pack and a PDU for an EV conversion of a MINI Cooper.- Performed battery pack sizing and battery cell selection for various EV applications.- Designed and developed water manifolds, cooling reservoirs of cooling systems of the battery pack, motor, motor controller and DC/DC converter of the Vega EVX prototype.
