      My position in this job is Process & Commissioning Expert , really my role is doing Process & Commissioning & instrumentation of gas turbine, I do Commissioning instrument of gas turbine & auxiliary systems configuration and adjust parameters for testing new turbine after installation or after overhaul .I handle all the steps of Commissioning Test & Run up gas turbine. In other word I know turbine thermodynamics and Instruments practically adjust parameters ; in addition I prepare gas turbine for normal operation after installation or overhauling ( more than 40 gas turbines ) , recently I started this job for supervising of Steam turbine. My experience is specially about Siemens turbines(V94.2, E-type) and industrial turbine of zorya- mashproekt ( DU80 & DG 80 ) and hydraulic dynamometer .As a result I Know vast majority of instruments , data acquisition systems , industrial networks ,Blueprints and documentation (P&ID). In this job I know all the aspect of skills like DCS (Siemens TXP , ABB infi90) , YFM & YFR for V94.2 & V94.3, PLC ( S7 & S5) ,Gas turbine process & governor system ( V94.2,V94.3, ZORYA ) , instrument calibration. finally I know whatever about the commissioning & design control system logic according to manufacturer´s control philosophy.
