I’ve known Jakub for over 4 years. We first met in 2015, while I traveling to Hiltons UK RMCC office. It was during our first meeting where Jakob’s technical coding skillset immediately stood out. After returning to the US office, I reached out to Jakub asking for advice (regarding a automated reporting problem my team was experiencing). Within a matter of days, Jakub was able to apply his coding skillset to revamp and improve our automated reporting processes. Jakubs expertise, also provided our hotels with better analytics and saved the US office over 1,000 hours in processing per year! Jakub possesses solid communication skills. This enabled him to compose quality correspondence between the US, Shanghai, and Watford stakeholders, when working on global objectives. In addition to this, Jakub has a very strong analytical skills, which allows him to diagnose problems and devise viable solutions (globally). He has a proven track record of this and always produced positive RevPAR/RPI growth. I recommend Jakub for employment without reservation!
