  My main responsibilities were to be a middleman translating confidential calls, managing personal data in a professional GDPR compliant way. This would usually be of a medical nature but there were also police emergencies or calls pertaining fiancial or transactional information. I was working remotely on a shift based system. One of my biggest challenges was to interpret a live conversation in real time using complicated/formal language, with a wide arrangement of difficult words. I had to improvise, thinking on my feet with what I say to accurately and proffesionaly convey important information cohesively.
