Leading the division counting 230 people, responsible for complex property and facility management services provided to more than 200 properties across Czechia, including A-class offices, retail parks, shopping centers, hotels, and logistics. The greatest successes achieved:- initiate and supervise the process of a takeover of 16 great regional shopping centers to internal property management services (until now done by external managers), which was the greatest Czech market project in the property management industry- establish the project management team, which significantly improved CAPEX and investments projects efficiency with a strong focus on its sustainability and environmental area, and accelerate green agenda (certification of buildings, energy consumption efficiency etc.) - significantly improve financial property management processes and control mechanisms, including automation of several processes and robotization process kick-off - improve co-operation with development division on new projects. which leads to a less complicated building commissioning process and make the subsequent beginning of its management easier- establish a new level of co-operation and trust between property and asset management divisions, which makes front-office operations well-working - improve performance reporting for all properties, launch brand new dashboards for asset and property managers, with a focus on implementation in foreign countries within the group- support the successful launch of internal property management in Poland (building-up the operations and finance team from the very beginning)- keep the whole team motivated, strong and cooperative among all teams, even in the hard times during the covid-19 quarantine and following period
