Apart from maintaining websites and applications for our clients, I've built a progressive web app for a major Polish news group. It averaged over a dozen million monthly views in 2018. The application was offline first thanks to IndexedDB behind a service worker. All set up on React.js with Mobx for state management. As the code was shared across 4 different websites, we've secured dynamic styling with Emotion.css. I wrote tests for the main functionalities in Jest. Freelance was an incredibly rich learning experience. Taking projects from the initial call, through price negotiations, design, frontend, backend development, several rounds of changes to post release support taught me how to identify the core value of the product and deliver it on time.
