I have with great success been both training and coaching to support the agile transformations, in companies like Grundfos, LEGO, Maersk, DTU Biosustain, Sensata, Novo Nordisk, TetraPak, Sennheiser, Milestones Systems, among others.Better Change is helping companies with their agile transformations, training, team and leadership coaching. Through workshops helping them getting their transformation strategy in place, and supporting the companies by actually executing the actions induced by that strategy, in practice afterwards, both for teams, leaders and product.I coach with both team, multiple teams cooperating and leaders on various levels in the organisation, helping them adapt to the agile mindset, realise new needed behaviours and practices and implementing Scrum or Kanban on the team level.

When this honesty both is done in respect, and makes logically makes sense, this information (even if it is painful) is well received. When we have true transparency to the challenges we face, we can make true inspections of the reality, which gives us the foundation to make the right adaptations needed to both products and organisations. I call myself a super pragmatic, and so I don't blindly favor any particular Scaled agile frameworks, but will make people on all levels pull the same direction, by tuning the entire organisational orchestra.

Leading the startup Wizerdata to a successful exit, as the company and it's product got sold of to Amesto. I was the Lead Developer and architect in Wizerdata, on a new cloud-based Business intelligence product. In close cooperation with the rest of the leadership team, building and releasing first a Minimal Viable Product, second the a Minimal Marketable Product.During the three years while building the product, we build the needed team around it from scratch, and managed to get a development team up and running both in Copenhagen, Denmark and with our out offshore partner also in Cairo, Egypt.I was responsible for the architecture and IT-roadmap, mentoring agile mindset and introducing Scrum as a framework for the development team. Identifying solutions with the team, introducing new development and deployment tools, and building the development-, test- and production-environments in the AWS-cloud-solution, to keep production high, with frequent releases, in a sustainable pace.
